Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2446.20

Opportunity:

PT - Home Health

Job Details:

* Work Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM
* 5x8 day shifts
* See 4-5 patients per 8-hour day
* Treat patients of all ages with multiple comorbidities
* Perform regular physical therapy duties and complete documentation within 1 day of patient visit
* Use HCHB (HomeCare HomeBase) EMR system
* Supervisor and manager available 24/7
* PTAs/COTAs available on staff
* Must have prior home health experience
* Valid driver's license and car insurance required
* Mileage is billable per GSA rate
* Required certifications: BLS Certification, valid California PT license
