Open Position: RAD Tech - Interventional Rad Tech Radiology

Job Details:

* Work day shifts with alternating hours of 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM and 7:30 AM to 4:30 PM
* On-call required 1 night per week and 1 rotating weekend per month with possible holiday coverage
* Work within a team of 2 IR Techs and 1 IR RN per patient ratio
* Operate equipment including 4 Siemens Bi-plane units and 1 Siemens Single plane unit
* Use EMR systems Meditech and GE Centricity PACS
* Perform procedures in a Comprehensive Stroke Center setting including strokes, aneurysms, SAH, and DVST
* Perform Level 1 Trauma Center procedures including GIB, embolizations, gastronomy tubes, and nephrostomy
* Minimum 6 months of current acute care hospital IR Tech experience required
* ARRT (R) and BLS certifications required
* Neuro interventional experience preferred (strokes, aneurysms, SAH)
* Expert knowledge of vascular interventional radiology procedures with minimal guidance preferred
* Must be self-motivated and comfortable working in a fast-paced interventional lab environment
* Strong teamwork skills required

This facility is a Level 1 Trauma Center and Comprehensive Stroke Center featuring 5 Interventional Radiology suites equipped with state-of-the-art Siemens imaging technology. The unit supports a wide range of complex interventional radiology and neuro interventional procedures, operating within a fast-paced and collaborative environment that values experienced and self-motivated healthcare professionals.
