RN - Behavioral Health

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM in a Geriatric Psychiatric unit
* Minimum 12 months of permanent behavioral health experience in a short-term acute care hospital (non-psychiatric facility) required
* Responsibilities include milieu management, medication management, patient assessments, and documentation
* Must have a permanent Ohio license or compact license in hand at time of submission
* Required certification: BLS from AHA or American Red Cross (must be active and in hand at time of submission)
* ECG rhythm recognition test and safeMedicate assessments will be completed during orientation with a maximum of 2 attempts to pass
* One recent reference from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for is preferred
* Pre-start modules averaging 6 to 15 hours are required and completed prior to start date
