Opportunity:

RN - Telemetry

Job Details:

* Telemetry RN position on an Orthopedic Telemetry unit
* Unit located on the 4th floor of the main building
* 23-bed unit with a patient ratio of 5:1
* Day shift staffing includes 1 CNC, 5 RNs, 3 PCT, and 1 Unit Secretary
* Night shift staffing includes 1 CNC, 5 RNs, and 3 PCT
* Perform post-operative care for total joint replacement, general surgery, plastics, and gynecology patients
* Work with telemetry equipment, lift equipment, cryotherapy, SCDs, and bedside pulse oximeters
* Document using Meditech EMR system
* Med-surg telemetry experience required
* Telemetry competency required
* Orthopedic experience preferred
* Required certification: BLS
* Floating to Surgical Telemetry may be required
* On-call required in the event of low census
* Scrub color: Navy
