Opportunity:

RN - ICU

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM or 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM
* 13-week assignment
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week
* Rotating weekend schedule required every other weekend
* No on-call requirements
* Patient ratio of 1:2 in ICU and 1:5 in Med/Surg
* 14-bed ICU unit with 20 Med/Surg beds
* Float to other units as needed per facility floating policy
* Perform critical care procedures including vasopressor management
* Document using Meditech system (Meditech experience preferred)
* Minimum 2+ years of ICU experience required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke Scale
* Active Texas RN license required (temporary licenses not accepted)
* Dress code: Navy scrub top and pants, navy or white scrub jacket
* Neat and clean nails, hair, and appearance required; visible piercings other than ears prohibited
* Body art should be covered whenever possible
