Job Details:

* Work in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) located on Floor 4EW, Building E
* 48 guaranteed hours available
* No on-call requirement
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* Day and night shifts available
* Day shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 PCTs
* Night shift staffing includes 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 PCTs
* 16-bed unit with a collaborative team environment
* Floating requirement to other PCUs and telemetry units
* EMR system: Meditech
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
* Must have overall PCU experience to be considered for the role
* Collaborative team player personality is the ideal fit for this unit

This facility operates a 16-bed Progressive Care Unit staffed by an experienced team of 42 staff members, offering a collaborative and supportive work environment. The unit utilizes modern collaborative equipment and Meditech EMR technology, reflecting the organization's commitment to quality patient care.
