Opportunity:

PTA - Physical Therapy

Job Details:

* Provide outpatient and inpatient physical therapy services
* Possible pelvic floor care responsibilities
* Treat a variety of conditions including back pain, sports injuries, post-orthopedic surgery recovery, stroke rehabilitation, and chronic conditions such as arthritis and Parkinson's disease
* Work within a Physical Therapy Department consisting of one Registered Physical Therapist and two Certified Physical Therapist Assistants
* Active BLS certification (AHA or ARC) required
* Must be licensed to practice as a PTA in the state of Kansas or a reciprocal state
* Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal required
* Two professional references from work history within the past three years required
