Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist

Job Details:

* Work 4 days per week, 10-hour shifts Monday through Thursday with Fridays off
* Outpatient care setting with no weekend or holiday requirements
* Treat approximately 12 patients per day
* Outpatient orthopedics will be primary focus at 80-100% of caseload
* Must have outpatient orthopedic experience, specifically upper extremity therapy including shoulder repairs, wrist and elbow tendonitis and/or fractures
* Common diagnoses include hands, elbows, shoulders, fractures, tendon and muscle repairs, and general upper extremity pain
* Document using ReDoc for outpatient and Meditech for acute cases
* Charting system: MEDITECH
* Scrubs required, no denim
* Oregon license required
* Required certifications: BLS
* Lymphedema training is a plus
* Department-specific orientation provided
* Hospital may cancel up to 4 shifts per 13-week assignment or 3 shifts for assignments less than 13 weeks
