Radiology - U/S - MH

Job Details:

* Work 4 shifts of 10-hour days with variable days scheduled between 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM or 7:30 AM - 6:00 PM
* Weekend requirements apply, with on-call exceptions
* Holiday coverage required when needed
* On-call requirement of 1-2 nights per week and every 3rd weekend
* Perform general and OBGYN ultrasound studies with vascular experience preferred
* Common imaging and studies include general, OBGYN, vascular, procedures, drains, and biopsies
* Average of 8-10 scans or studies per day, sometimes more
* Department has 4 scanning rooms available
* No floating or coverage of other areas required
* Procedures experience is required
* Radiologist is in-house except when on call
* IV starts are not required
* Charting system: EPIC; PACS system: Fuji EPIC
* Equipment used: Philips scanners
* Professional color scrubs required; scrubs are not provided
* Required certifications: ARDMS (RDMS - General or OBGYN), RVT, and BLS (AHA)
* Agency must provide traveler Rad Badge

Facility:

This acute care facility features a well-equipped radiology and ultrasound department with four dedicated scanning rooms. The department operates with an in-house radiologist during standard hours and utilizes advanced Philips imaging equipment along with EPIC and Fuji PACS systems. The facility supports a comprehensive range of ultrasound studies and procedures in a structured and professional clinical environment.
