Job Details:

* Local candidates only - must live within 30-50 miles from the facility
* Possible temp to perm position
* Will float between two urgent care locations
* Variable shift schedule including weekends with the following shift time options:
- 7:45 AM - 4:15 PM
- 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- 8:45 AM - 5:15 PM
- 9:00 AM - 5:30 PM
- 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
- 10:30 AM - 7:00 PM
* Scrub color: Black
* Minimum 2-3 years of urgent care or emergency department experience required
* Valid LVN license required
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, IV Certification
* High school diploma or equivalent required
* Proficiency with Cerner EHR required
* Perform patient care rooming and vital signs
* Administer IV fluids and medications
* Conduct rapid intakes and catheter administration
* Mix and administer IM injections
* Perform tray procedure setup and splinting
* Conduct employer physicals and all associated components
* Perform drug screen and BAT testing
* Assist providers with minor surgical procedures
* Proficient in blood draws, IV administration, EKGs, and Foley catheter insertion (male and female)
* Experience with IV pumps and central line blood draws required
* Strict dress code enforced: no facial hair, no acrylic nails, no unnatural hair colors, all tattoos must be covered, no visible body piercings other than earrings, no facial or nose rings, and earrings may not extend beyond the earlobe or be hoop earrings
