Opportunity:

TRAVEL-ER/FSED FLOAT

Job Details:

* 13-week assignment working 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* 36 hours guaranteed per week
* Float between main Emergency Department and Freestanding Emergency Department (FSED) locations
* Main ED consists of 32 beds, with 10-bed and 12-bed FSED units
* Patient ratio of 4:1 in a team nursing environment
* 4 weekend shifts required per 4-week period
* No on-call expectations
* Documentation system: Epic
* Work alongside Paramedics, EMTs, and dedicated unit secretaries
* Perform procedures including intubation, chest tubes, and central line placement
* Must have ability to multitask and be flexible
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS or ENPC, TNCC, CPI
* Active RN license must be in hand at time of submission
* Required dress code: Caribbean Blue scrubs
* Must demonstrate courtesy and attentive listening per patient experience requirements

This facility operates a robust emergency department with a combined capacity across its main ED and freestanding emergency department locations. The team-oriented environment includes support from paramedics, EMTs, and dedicated unit secretaries to ensure comprehensive patient care. The facility utilizes Epic as its documentation system and is equipped to handle a wide range of emergency procedures including intubation, chest tubes, and central line placements.
