Opportunity:

RN - NICU

Job Details:

* 13-week assignment in a Level III NICU setting
* Unit is located on the 4th floor of the Vintage Building
* 21-bed unit that flexes to 37 beds
* Patient ratios of 1:1, 1:2, or 1:3 depending on acuity
* Day and night shifts staffed with 1 charge nurse and 10 nurses
* Weekend requirement of at least every other weekend
* Minimum 3 years of Level III NICU experience required
* Must have the ability to care for babies from Level I through Level III
* Delivery experience preferred
* Ability to float to Postpartum unit preferred
* Typical procedures include line placement and intubations
* EMR systems used: Meditech and CPN
* Required certification: NRP
* California RN license required
* Dress code: Purple scrubs
* Energetic personality is the best fit for this unit
