Job Details:

* 8-hour day shift starting at 6:45 AM (0645-1515), with potential for 10-hour or 12-hour shifts
* Mid shifts available: 9:30 AM to 5:00 PM
* Night shifts available: 11:00 AM to 7:30 PM, 10:30 AM to 9:00 PM, 12:00 PM to 8:30 PM, and 1:30 PM to 10:00 PM
* No weekend or holiday rotation required
* No on-call required unless experienced with vitrectomies (30-minute response time if applicable)
* Average patient census of 25-40 patients per day across 8 operating rooms
* Heavy orthopedic focus including total joints, DaVinci XI robotics, urology, general surgery, bariatric, ophthalmology, podiatry, and GYN cases
* 4 days per week allocated for bariatric cases
* 4-5 rooms specifically designated for total joint cases (2-7 cases per day depending on orthopedic pods)
* Must be able to circulate all patient types listed; orthopedic experience required
* DaVinci XI robotic surgery experience required
* Minimum 1 year of experience with strong orthopedic background, or 2 years of experience otherwise
* Must be professional, team-oriented, able to anticipate patient needs, self-motivated, and flexible with last-minute assignment changes
* Physician preference cards are utilized
* Required certification: BLS
* EMR system: EPIC
* IV Pump: Alaris
* Medication dispensing: Pyxis
* Additional preferred equipment experience: Hana Table, Zimmer Biomet Rosa, DePuy Velys, and laparoscopic systems
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Free parking available in designated areas
* No floating required
* 3-day preceptor orientation provided following new employee orientation (NEO)

The facility holds the Joint Commission's Gold Seal of Approval for Advanced Total Hip and Knee Replacement Certification and is an accredited Bariatric Center of Excellence.
