Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2729.16

Opportunity:

RN - Med/Surg or relevant specialty as assigned

Job Details:

* Night shift position working 36 or 48-hour weekly schedules
* Floating required to the Emergency Department (ED) as needed
* EPIC experience required
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans, coordinate care delivery, and employ strategies to promote health and a safe environment
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure safe, healing, and caring environment
* Participate in discharge planning to provide continuity of care
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN): Preferred
* Acute care facility experience: Preferred
* Minimum two years of recent experience in field required
* Required certifications: BLS (from approved AHA vendor), AHA-ACLS or ARC-ALS
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice required
