Opportunity:

RN - Labor & Delivery

Job Details:

* Provide high-quality care for women and newborns throughout labor, delivery, and the postpartum period
* Perform triage and non-stress tests (NSTs)
* Serve as second nurse at deliveries and manage overflow patients
* Collaborate with physicians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to ensure patient-centered care
* Support patients experiencing complications during pregnancy, birth, or recovery
* Occasionally float to Med/Surg, CCU, or ER to assist as needed
* Utilize EPIC EMR system
* Must be labor-trained
* Willing to be placed on-call by OB manager up to 3 times per 13-week contract if needed
* Required certifications: NRP, STABLE, and Fetal Monitoring (Intermediate or above)
* Rapid Response Crisis position
