Opportunity:

RN - Oncology/Transplant & Cellular Therapy

Job Details:

* Work on a specialized Oncology/Transplant & Cellular Therapy unit on the 4W floor
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* Rotating weekend schedule required
* Day and night shifts available with 1 charge nurse and 2 RNs per shift
* Utilize telemetry equipment and Meditech EMR system
* Perform chemotherapy/biotherapy administration, bone marrow transplant care, blood administration, and cardiac monitoring
* Chemo/biotherapy administration experience required
* BMT/bone marrow transplant experience required
* Hematology experience required
* ONCC Oncology Certified Nurse Certification preferred
* ACLS preferred
* Required certifications: ONS Chemotherapy Biotherapy Certification, BLS
* Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Texas or Multi-State Compact License required
* Royal blue scrubs required
* Float to med/surg as needed

This facility is a well-established acute care hospital offering a wide range of specialized medical services, including a dedicated Oncology/Transplant & Cellular Therapy unit. The unit features an 8-bed capacity with a structured staffing model designed to support high-quality patient care. The facility utilizes modern technology including telemetry monitoring and an electronic medical records system to support its clinical teams in delivering safe and effective care.
