Opportunity:

Cath Lab Tech

Job Details:

* Work 4x10 or 5x8 shifts with on-call responsibilities
* Cases typically scheduled from 7:00 AM to 5:30 PM with on-call services available 24/7
* On-call response time of 30 minutes required
* Weeknight, weekend, and holiday on-call requirements
* Perform scrub and monitoring duties in the Cath Lab
* Work in a 4-suite facility averaging 10-15 cases per day
* Treat patients with interventional cardiology, structural heart, and peripheral vascular conditions
* May occasionally float to other procedural areas based on census needs
* Utilize Epic and Merge EMR and equipment systems
* Charting completed in Epic
* 3 shifts of unit/department specific orientation provided
* Scrubs provided by facility
* Must have prior Cath Lab competence and experience
* BSN not required
* Required certifications: ACLS, ARRT, BLS (AHA)

This acute care facility operates a modern Cath Lab with four suites, handling an average of 10 to 15 cases per day. The facility offers comprehensive interventional cardiology, structural heart, and peripheral vascular services, with separate departments for electrophysiology and interventional radiology. The organization provides 24/7 on-call services and maintains a collaborative environment where nursing staff may float between procedural departments as needed.
