Job Details:

* Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM and night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:30 AM available
* Every other weekend rotation required
* No on-call responsibilities
* Option for 48 guaranteed hours per week
* Patient ratio of 4:1 during the day and 4-5:1 at night; if floated to ICU, maximum ratio of 1:3
* Care for patients with CHF, respiratory distress, ACS, A-fib RVR, DM, CVA overflow, DKA, and post-cath patients
* Administer blood products and manage patients on BiPAP, diltiazem, amiodarone, Lasix, nitro, and heparin
* Monitor femoral arterial sheaths; will not be required to pull femoral sheaths
* Care for surgical patients including vascular, abdominal, and GI cases
* Skills required include chest tubes, wound vacs, dressing changes, insulin drips, DKA management, BiPAP, high flow oxygen, post-TCAR, femoral endarterectomy, and arterial lines
* Float to PCU level or below throughout the hospital as needed
* Required certifications: ACLS, BLS
* EMR system: EPIC
* Scrub color: Any color, professional
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Must have completed at least 1 prior travel assignment
