Job Details:

* Work four 10-hour shifts per day, Monday through Thursday or Tuesday through Friday with an 8:00 AM start time
* No weekend or holiday requirements
* Mix of inpatient/acute care and outpatient responsibilities
* 75% acute care and 25% outpatient orthopedics
* Outpatient appointments are 45 minutes in length
* Cover outpatient orthopedics in an athletic club setting and acute medical floor
* Treat a variety of diagnoses including orthopedic, medical, and neurological conditions
* Outpatient clinic is located within an athletic club
* Work alongside a team of 10 PTs, 5 OTs, and 2 SLPs with rehab aides available but no PTAs
* Minimum 1 year of outpatient experience required
* Business casual dress code required - no denim
* Charting system: MEDITECH
* Oregon license required for this assignment
* Valid driver's license required at time of submittal
* Required certifications: BLS
