Opportunity:

Speech Language Pathologist

Job Details:

* Day shift position serving adult and NICU patient populations
* Provide diagnostic, therapeutic, and consultative services to patients with communication, cognitive, and swallowing disorders
* Review patient information before evaluations and throughout the course of treatment
* Conduct and document comprehensive patient assessments
* Assist in data collection of patient outcomes
* Instruct and direct support staff in accordance with national and state Practice Acts
* Supervise assistants and support staff
* Serve as an integral member of the interdisciplinary care team
* Master's Degree or foreign equivalent required
* Minimum two years of speech language pathology experience preferred
* Speech Pathologist licensure in state of practice required
* Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an approved vendor required
* Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) required
* American Speech-Language and Hearing Association (ASHA) Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
