Opportunity:

RN Labor and Delivery

Job Details:

* Rotating shift schedule with various days of the week
* Work in a Women's and Infants Labor and Delivery unit with 19 rooms
* Patient ratio of 1:2
* Weekend shifts required per unit needs - approximately 5 to 6 weekend shifts per 6-week schedule
* On-call required per unit needs
* Float required within the Women's and Infant unit
* May be required to float within metro region per facility needs
* Charting system: Epic (experience preferred)
* Scrub color: Navy
* Minimum 1 year of Labor and Delivery experience required
* Prior travel experience preferred; first-time travelers not accepted
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, ACLS, NRP, AWHONN Intermediate
* Colorado or Compact RN license required
* Maximum of 10 RTO days approved per 13-week contract
* RTO is not allowed during the following blackout periods: October 25 November 4, 2026; November 22 December 2, 2026; December 20 January 3, 2027
* No blocked scheduling requests permitted
* Facility-specific modules must be completed within the first week of assignment

This healthcare facility is a large, well-established health system offering comprehensive women's and infant services, including a dedicated Labor and Delivery unit with 19 rooms. The facility provides robust interdisciplinary support including physical therapy, respiratory services, radiology, pharmacy, social services, rapid response teams, and interpretation services. The organization maintains high standards of patient care and utilizes Epic for electronic charting.
