Open Position: Certified Surgical Tech - Certified Surgical Tech OR

Job Details:

* Day shift hours from 7:00 AM to 3:30 PM
* Night shift on-call from 3:30 PM to 7:00 AM, Monday through Friday
* Weekend requirement every 5 to 6 weekends
* One on-call night per week required
* May float to Endoscopy unit when needed
* Work in a 4-room operating room suite with a team of 5 RNs and 6 surgical technologists
* Perform and assist with a wide range of surgical procedures including robotic procedures (prostatectomy, hysterectomy), orthopedic procedures (shoulders, knees, hips, trauma), GYN procedures (laparoscopic, robotic, and open), general surgery, ENT, podiatry, and spine procedures (fusions, laminectomies, ACDF)
* Use Meditech EMR system
* Grey scrubs provided and laundered by the facility
* 2 years of experience in a hospital setting required
* Active NH state license required at time of submission
* BLS certification required
* Recent OR experience required
* CNOR certification preferred
* Scrub procedure experience preferred
* Flexible and positive attitude strongly preferred

Facility:

This surgical facility operates 4 fully equipped operating rooms and is recognized as a Unit of Distinction (2019). The facility is Joint Commission certified in both knee and hip procedures and supports a broad range of surgical specialties including robotic surgery, orthopedics, gynecology, general surgery, ENT, podiatry, and spine surgery. The team consists of experienced RNs and surgical technologists, including staff with CNOR certification and First Assist capabilities.
