Open Position: RN - Cardiac Cath Lab

Opportunity:

RN CATH LAB

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 7:00 AM to 7:00 PM
* 48-hour approved contract with on-call responsibilities
* Rotating call after hours and weekends, approximately 50% of the month
* Work in a procedure area with 2 cath labs, 1 EP lab, and 1 IR Neuro lab
* Day shift staffing includes 4 Cath/EP Techs and 3 RNs, and 3 IR Neuro Techs and 3 RNs
* Patient ratio is 1:1
* RN role requires experience in circulating; contract nurses are not required to scrub
* Perform diagnostic and interventional heart caths and interventional radiology procedures
* Work with equipment including Temporary Pacemaker, Intra-Aortic Balloon Pump, Impella, Penumbra, Shockwave, IVUS, IFR, and GE Mac Lab monitoring/Innova imaging
* EMR systems used: Mac Lab and Meditech
* Preferred experience in electrophysiology, interventional radiology, and interventional neuro
* Floating areas include the emergency department, discharge lounge, and other areas as needed within skill set
* Required certifications: RN license and ACLS
* Dress code: Seal blue scrubs
