Opportunity:

OT - Outpatient

Job Details:

* 10-hour day shifts depending on facility need
* Outpatient care setting with possible inpatient requirements
* Must have inpatient skills in addition to outpatient experience
* Must be experienced in outpatient therapy for adults, including neuro conditions and post-surgical cases
* Plan and administer medically prescribed occupational therapy treatment programs to restore function, relieve pain, and support patients adapting to disability following disease, injury, or loss of body parts
* Provide diagnostic and therapy services under valid ordering provider orders with appropriate professional judgment for skilled care
* Participate in identification and referral of patients through screening, informal evaluations, and communication with other team members
* Re-evaluate skilled needs, modify treatment plans, and prepare discharge summaries as warranted
* Prepare and maintain written and electronic documentation including billing, evaluation reports, treatment plans, and daily progress notes in a timely manner
* Chart using EPIC system
* Current Oregon licensure as an Occupational Therapist or eligibility and evidence of application for licensure required
* Must possess or be able to obtain a current driver's license or provide an acceptable alternative
* Computer literacy skills required
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
