Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $1858.20

Opportunity:

LTC LPN - 8hr PM/NOC Variable Shifts

Job Details:

* 13-week contract
* 8-hour PM/NOC variable shifts with shift times of 1:30 PM - 10:00 PM and 9:30 PM - 6:00 AM
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week with a maximum of 48 hours per week (hours not guaranteed during orientation week)
* Required to float to a sister facility approximately 25 miles away as needed
* No on-call or callback requirements
* Every other weekend and every other holiday required
* Associate Degree or Certificate required
* Minimum 2 years of LPN experience and 1 year in long-term care required
* Matrix charting experience preferred
* Required certifications: Active MN LPN License and AHA BLS
* Work within a 43-bed long-term care facility and clinic
* Night shift staffing includes 1 nurse and 2 CNAs
* Day/evening staffing includes 1 charge nurse handling treatments, PRNs, and narcotics and 1 nurse or TMA managing medication cart
* Desired skillset includes being a hard worker, resilient, able to manage change, work independently, and complete tasks in a timely manner
* Scrub colors: work-appropriate solids or prints
