PT - Adult Outpatient with Lymphedema

Job Details:

* Schedule options: 4x10 or 5x8 shifts available
* Shifts start no earlier than 7:00 AM and end no later than 5:30 PM
* No call or weekend requirements
* Minimum 1 year of experience required
* Lymphedema certification required
* BLS certification required
* Minnesota licensure required (pending licensure accepted)
