Job Details:

* Work Wednesday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 8:30 PM
* Acute care setting
* Average 10 patient visits per day per therapist
* Acute care experience preferred
* Documentation completed using EPIC charting system
* Trauma Level 2 facility
* Cancellation policy of 2 shifts per 13-week contract
* Required certifications: BLS Certification
* No false nails permitted
* Must provide a copy of unexpired driver's license with submission
* Must reside outside of a 50-mile radius of the facility
