Open Position: RN - ER

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2453.92

Opportunity:

ER RN - 12hr NOCS

Job Details:

* 13-week contract with ASAP start
* 12-hour night shift schedule
* Guaranteed 36 hours per week (hours are not guaranteed during orientation week)
* Every other weekend and holiday rotation required
* No on-call or float requirements
* Work in a 7-bed critical access hospital emergency department and urgent care unit
* Primarily treat urgent care cases with occasional trauma patients
* Two nurses and one physician on at all times
* Provide quality professional nursing care to patients and their families in accordance with WI Nurse Practice Act and ANA Nursing Scope and Standards of Practice
* Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary health care team to provide best patient outcomes
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; previous experience in a critical access facility or Level III or IV facility preferred
* Epic charting experience required within the past 2 years
* Required certifications: Active RN or Compact license, AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, and AHA PALS
* NIHSS certification preferred at submission and required prior to end of orientation
* Scrub colors: No bright colors or character prints
* Must be outside a 50-mile radius of Bellin Health
