Open Position: RN - CCU/ICU

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2097.16

Opportunity:

RN - ICU Critical Care

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour day shifts from 6:45 AM to 7:15 PM, three days per week (3x12s)
* No block scheduling, can be accommodated at this time
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Every other weekend and holiday required
* No on-call requirements
* 2+ years of ICU RN experience required
* Critical Care/Step-Down/Progressive experience preferred
* Patient population includes mostly adults and teens
* 4-bed unit with a 1:4 patient ratio
* May be floated to Med Surg unit, which is a 24-bed unit with a 6:1 ratio
* Required certifications: ACLS and BLS (AHA only)
* Virginia or Compact nursing license required
* Epic EMR experience required
* Scrub color: Navy Blue

This facility is a community-based hospital offering critical care and step-down services with a focus on delivering quality patient care to the surrounding region. The critical care unit maintains a low patient-to-nurse ratio to ensure attentive and thorough care. The facility utilizes Epic as its electronic medical records system and supports a collaborative healthcare environment across multiple units.
