Opportunity:

RN - Medical Surgical

Job Details:

* Work on a 30-bed Medical-Surgical unit with a 1:6 patient ratio
* 4 weekend shifts required per 28-day schedule with holiday rotation
* Floating policy follows rotation with other staff
* Required to maintain 72% patient experience scores utilizing communication boards
* Document using Meditech electronic health record system
* Work alongside Clinical Coordinators, Unit Secretary, PCTs, and Case Management team
* Operate equipment including walkers, IV pumps, SCDs, and other standard medical equipment
* Medical-Surgical experience required including respiratory diseases/illnesses, renal disease, GI illnesses/diseases, telemetry, CVCs, indwelling catheters, and heparin drips
* Must demonstrate strong teamwork, compassion, collaboration, and communication skills
* Required certification: BLS
* Required uniform: Navy Blue Scrubs
* Valid RN license required
