Opportunity:

RN - Progressive Care

Job Details:

* Work on a Progressive Care Unit with a 1:4 patient ratio
* Day shift includes 1 charge nurse, 6 RNs, and 2 CNAs
* Night shift includes 1 charge nurse, 6 RNs, and 2 CNAs
* 4 weekend shifts required per schedule
* Float to Med/Surg as needed
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, NIH stroke scale
* Knowledge of non-titratable drips (amiodarone, Cardizem) preferred
* Tracheostomy experience preferred
* Dress code: Royal Blue scrubs
* Ideal candidate displays resilience, accountability, and integrity

This facility is a progressive care unit located on the 2nd floor with 34 beds and a staff of 44 healthcare professionals. The unit maintains consistent staffing ratios of 1:4 to ensure quality patient care. The facility supports a collaborative team environment and values high-performing clinical professionals who demonstrate strong skills in progressive care procedures and patient management.
