Job Details:

* Travel nursing position on a Medical/Surgical unit with a Neuro focus
* Position requires floating between units
* Weekends required as needed, minimum every other weekend
* No on-call required
* Block schedules not required
* 48-hour shifts approved
* Expected patient ratios of 1:6-8
* Must commit to working 3 of the 5 holidays: Thanksgiving, Christmas Eve, Christmas Day, New Year's Eve, and New Year's Day
* Travelers may be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility
* Scrub color: Any color accepted
* Charting system: Epic (experience required)
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Travel experience required
* At least 1 year of Med/Surg with Neuro experience required
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Required certification: BLS
* Required skills: CVA (Cerebrovascular Accident), Isolation Precautions/PPE, Med/Surg, Nasal Cannula, Non-invasive airway management, Oxygen administration, Oxygen tanks, Peripheral Line Care/Management, Pre/Post neurosurgery, Spinal cord injury, Traumatic Brain injury, Use of Rapid Response/Code teams
* 2 references required covering 1 year within the last 3 years, obtained during compliance process and prior to start
