RN - ER FSED WEST

Job Details:

* 13-week contract assignment
* Night shift hours from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* 36 or 48 guaranteed hours based on facility approval
* 4 weekend days required per schedule
* No on-call requirements
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* 26-bed unit located on the 1st floor
* Work alongside a team including CNC, HUC, RNs, and PCTs/Paramedics on night shift
* Perform procedures including IV insertion, EKG, in & out Foley catheterization, lumbar puncture, central lines, moderate sedation, and cardioversion
* Utilize equipment including ventilators, EKG machines, and Teleneuro
* EMR Level 3 system utilized
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS, TNCC, ENPC, CPI
* Preferred certifications: STABLE, NRP, PALS
* Scrub color requirement: Cobalt/royal blue only
* Ideal candidate is a team player, open to learning, and brings a fun and energetic attitude to the unit

This freestanding emergency department operates a 26-bed unit staffed by a dedicated team of nursing professionals, paramedics, and support staff. The facility provides comprehensive emergency care services and is equipped with advanced medical technology including ventilators, EKG machines, and Teleneuro capabilities.
