Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2752.84

Opportunity:

RN - Medical/Surgical (or relevant specialty based on context)

Job Details:

* Day shift position working 36 to 48 hours per week
* Minimum two years of recent nursing experience required
* Bachelor's Degree in Nursing (BSN) preferred
* Acute care facility experience preferred
* EPIC electronic health record experience required
* Required certifications: BLS (from AHA-approved vendor), ACLS (AHA or ARC)
* Current Registered Nurse (RN) licensure in state of practice required
* Deliver coordinated nursing care for assigned patients according to established standards of care and the nursing process
* Supervise and direct activities of various levels of assigned nursing staff
* Coordinate care with other disciplines utilizing critical thinking, professional discretion, and independent judgment
* Collect and analyze patient assessment data to determine diagnosis and care issues
* Develop and implement care plans prescribing interventions to attain patient outcomes
* Collaborate with patients, families, and healthcare providers in delivering safe and compassionate care
* Provide health education to patients, families, and treatment team members
* Participate in discharge planning to ensure continuity of care
* Delegate and coordinate duties of healthcare team members appropriately
