Opportunity:

RN MSICU

Job Details:

* Work 12-hour shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* 13-week assignment
* Day and night shifts available with weekend schedule discussed during interview
* Call requirements discussed during interview
* 36 guaranteed hours per week
* Patient ratio of 2:1 in a 36-bed CCU and 30-bed Burn Trauma ICU
* Supervisor on every shift with PCT support
* Every other weekend scheduling requirement
* Floating policy as needed
* Documentation system: Meditech (experience preferred)
* Perform procedures including central line insertions, arterial line insertions, thoracotomies, bedside tracheostomies, and chest tube insertions
* Minimum 2+ years of hospital experience required
* Minimum 2+ years of ICU/CCU specialty experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ACLS
* Preferred certifications: TNCC, CCRN, TCRN
* Active RN license required; temporary licenses will not be accepted
* Scrub color: Royal Blue for RNs
* No artificial nails, gel, or next-gen nails permitted
* Hair must be neat, clean, and pulled back if shoulder length or longer
* Body art should be covered whenever possible
* Visible piercings other than ears are prohibited, including nose rings and tongue rings

Facility:

This facility is a full-service medical center offering advanced critical care services, including a dedicated ICU/CCU and Burn Trauma ICU. The unit is staffed with supervisors on every shift and supports a high level of acuity with complex procedures performed bedside. The facility utilizes the Meditech documentation system and maintains a structured scheduling and staffing model to ensure consistent, quality patient care.
