Open Position: PT - Physical Therapist

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2078.20

Opportunity:

TRAVEL - Physical Therapy (762) - MC Plano / 8A - 4:30P

Job Details:

* Day shift only, Monday through Friday from 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM
* Must work 2 weekend shifts per month on a rotating basis
* No on-call requirement
* No floating requirement
* Provide one-on-one physical therapy treatments to patients
* Work across all floors and buildings including Acute Care Hospital and Inpatient Rehabilitation (40 beds)
* Acute Care Hospital includes Trauma Level 1, Neuroscience, ICUs, ECMO, Burn, Oncology, Ortho and Spine floors
* Use therapy equipment including walking equipment, bikes, bars, and treadmills
* EMR system: Meditech
* Minimum 1 year of experience in acute care and/or inpatient rehabilitation settings required
* Candidates with work history consisting solely of Skilled Nursing Facilities, outpatient settings, pediatrics, or school settings will not be considered

This large healthcare facility operates a comprehensive Rehabilitation Therapy Services department encompassing Physical Therapy, Occupational Therapy, and Speech Therapy. The facility includes a 600-bed acute care hospital operating at Trauma Level 1, along with a dedicated 40-bed Inpatient Rehabilitation unit. The organization supports a robust team of full-time therapy staff and maintains modern therapy equipment and technology to support high-quality patient care across all departments.
