Opportunity:

RN Med Surg

Job Details:

* 12-hour night shifts from 7:00 PM to 7:00 AM
* 48-hour contract
* 4 weekend shifts per 4-week schedule period
* Work on a 23-bed Diabetic Endocrine unit (6 South)
* Patient ratio of 1:5
* Work alongside a team of 6 RNs and 1-2 PCTs per shift
* Perform general med/surg practices and procedures
* Use Meditech electronic medical records system
* Float to all acute care areas including med/surg, general surgery, renal transplant, telemetry, neuro, and ortho
* Required certification: BLS
* Strong time management skills required
* Royal blue scrubs required

This healthcare facility operates a dedicated Diabetic Endocrine unit with 23 beds, staffed by a team of registered nurses and patient care technicians across both day and night shifts. The facility utilizes Meditech as its electronic medical records system and supports a broad range of acute care services, including general surgery, renal transplant, telemetry, neurology, and orthopedics.
