Opportunity:

RN - Labor & Delivery

Job Details:

* Work in a 15-bed Labor & Delivery unit with 3 OR suites, 4 triage beds, and 3 Preop/PACU beds
* Patient ratios of 2:1, 1:1 for patients on Pitocin, and 3-4:1 for APU and Triage
* Operate equipment including Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) with Tocometry, ultrasound, pulse oximetry, BP cables, and NOVI
* Document using Meditech EMR system
* Perform and assist with procedures including C-sections, cerclage placement and removal, IUPC, and FSE
* Required certifications: NRP, BLS, ACLS, and Intermediate Electronic Fetal Monitoring (IEFM)
* BSN, RNC-OB, and C-EFM certifications preferred
* Royal blue scrubs required

Facility:

This facility operates a well-staffed Labor & Delivery unit supported by a dedicated team of secretaries, assistant nurse managers, relief charge nurses, and operating room technicians. The unit maintains a robust clinical environment with day and night shift coverage, modern monitoring equipment, and multiple care settings including labor beds, OR suites, triage, and preoperative and PACU beds to support comprehensive obstetric care.
