RN - Endoscopy

Job Details:

* Schedule consists of 2 ten-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 5:00 PM) and 2 eight-hour shifts (6:30 AM - 3:00 PM) totaling 36 hours per week
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Patient ratio of 1:2 with 3 rooms, 11 beds, and an average daily census of 20 patients
* Minimum 1 year of experience required; first-time travelers accepted
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* Experience required in ERCP, ERCP with Spy Glass, Bronchoscopy, EBUS Procedures, Colonoscopy, Esophagogastroduodenoscopy (EGD), and ION Procedure
* Skills required include administering and monitoring conscious sedation, circulating, and scrubbing
* Unit systems include Pyxis and Epic; Epic charting experience preferred
* Scrub color: Navy Blue
* Maximum 7 days of requested time off per contract; all RTO must be finalized at time of submission
* RTO blackout dates: Spring Break (April 4th - 12th)
* No RTO permitted during orientation week (Monday through Sunday)
* 2 to 3 weekends required per contract
* No floating required
* Call requirements include 1 weekday call per week and 1 weekend call per 6-week schedule
* Holiday expectations: if 1 or 2 major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work all of them; if 3 major holidays fall within the assignment period, the traveler is expected to work 2 of them
* Major holidays include New Year's Eve and Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving/Black Friday, and Christmas Eve and Day
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Georgia or Compact nursing license required at time of submission
* Orientation consists of 40 hours
