Opportunity:

PT - Inpatient/Outpatient Rehab

Job Details:

* Provide physical therapy services in an inpatient and outpatient rehab setting at a Critical Access Hospital
* Shift options include 8-hour days from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM or 10-hour days from 7:00 AM to 6:00 PM with one hour lunch
* New graduate candidates are welcome to apply
* Acute care experience preferred; inpatient/outpatient rehab experience at a Critical Access Hospital is ideal
* Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist in the State of Wyoming
* Active BLS certification issued through the American Heart Association required
* Skills checklist completed within one year of submittal required
* Two professional references from work history within the past three years required, one must be from a supervisor
* Wyoming state PT license required with online verification
