RN - PCU

Job Details:

* Work in a Progressive Care Unit (PCU) on Floor 4EW
* Unit consists of 16 beds with a staff of 42
* Day and night shifts include 1 charge nurse, 4 RNs, and 2 PCTs
* Patient ratio of 4:1
* Collaborative equipment environment with Meditech EMR system
* No on-call requirement
* Floating requirement to other PCUs and telemetry units
* Required certifications: BLS and ACLS
* Must have overall PCU experience to be considered for the role
* Strong team player and collaborative personality preferred
* Tuesday start dates available

This facility operates a Progressive Care Unit designed to deliver high-quality intermediate care to patients requiring closer monitoring than a standard medical-surgical unit. The unit maintains a structured staffing model with dedicated charge nurses, registered nurses, and patient care technicians to ensure comprehensive patient support.
