Opportunity:

RN - Oncology

Job Details:

* Work on a 24-bed Oncology unit (2 North)
* Patient ratio of 5-6 patients per nurse
* 2 PCTs per shift and 1 Unit Secretary available during day shift
* Documentation system: Meditech
* 4 weekend days required per scheduling requirements (night weekend days are Saturday and Sunday)
* Floating policy applies as needed
* Patient experience requirements include whiteboards, bedside shift report, hourly safety rounds, and key words
* Medical/Surgical background required
* Chemotherapy procedures performed on unit
* Navy blue scrubs required
* iMobile phones used to communicate with staff, physicians, and patients
