Job Details:

* 12-hour day shifts
* Ability to float to adult OR as needed
* Minimum 2 years of OR experience required; can be mixed adult/pediatric but must have significant pediatric skillset
* Teaching hospital experience required
* Travel experience required
* BSN required
* Current California RN license required
* Required certifications: AHA BLS
* Preferred certification: CNOR
* Preferred experience: General Surgery, Orthopedics, Neurology
* Proficiency in laparoscopic surgery and scrubbing surgical procedures preferred
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Trauma Level I experience preferred
* Patient age groups include neonates, infants, pediatrics, and adolescents
* Surgical specialties include Neuro, Cardiac, Ortho, OHNS, Plastics, Eye, General Surgery, Urology, Thoracic, Gynecology, Vascular, HemOnc, BMT, Organ Transplant
* Special equipment includes microscopes, electrocautery devices, lasers, navigation systems, laparoscopy equipment, surgical tables, and radiology equipment
* Da Vinci Xi Surgical System experience included among required skills
* Proficiency in a wide range of surgical procedures including laparoscopic, robotic, orthopedic, neurological, and pediatric surgeries required
* 2 references from most recent employer required at time of submittal
