Opportunity:

Occupational Therapist - Home Health

Job Details:

* Full-time schedule of 40 hours per week, Monday through Friday
* Prioritize and complete start of care visits as required
* Supervise Occupational Therapy Assistants
* Next day mandatory reporting required for start of care visits
* Clinical notes and all other documentation due within 48 hours of each visit
* Maintain timely communication with supervisor, intake, and office staff
* Be generally responsive during normal business hours
* Territory covers Alameda County with potential expansion as needed
* Productivity requirement of 30 points per week with caseloads and visit mixes averaging 8 hours per day and 40 hours per week
* Overtime must be pre-approved by the Clinical Supervisor
* 3-day training period consisting of one day in-house and two days in the field
* Documentation system used: Kinnser
* iPad and Ring Central equipment issued
* Mileage reimbursement provided from first to last patient
* Parking and toll reimbursement provided
* Company car option available
* California OT License required
* Minimum one year of Home Health experience required
