Opportunity:

Post Partum, Obstetrics RN, Nursery, Lactation, Labor and Delivery Nurse

Job Details:

* Work in a rural healthcare setting with experience in rural healthcare strongly preferred
* Department is normally staffed as a 2-person department with most staff skilled in all Labor & Delivery, Post Partum, and Nursery roles
* Strong assessment skills and Electronic Fetal Monitoring (EFM) experience are key requirements
* EMR system used is OBIX
* Department averages 15-20 deliveries per month
* Facility is a Level 1 Designated facility for Maternal and Neonatal Care
* Area has a large transient population due to plant construction in the county
* Quick start opportunity available

Facility:

This facility is a 25-bed Critical Access Hospital offering comprehensive women's health services including Labor & Delivery, Post Partum, Nursery, and Lactation support. The facility holds a Level 1 designation for Maternal and Neonatal Care and operates in a rural healthcare environment. Staff members are typically cross-trained across multiple roles to ensure well-rounded and flexible patient care coverage.
