Opportunity:

RN - PACU/Cath Lab Recovery

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts
* Self-scheduling type
* Patient ratio of 2:1 for days, nights, and weekends
* Ability to float to other facilities within a 75+ mile radius
* Minimum 3 years of nursing experience required
* Cath lab recovery experience required
* Phase I PACU experience required
* Phase II recovery experience required
* Pre/post operative experience required
* Circulating and scrubbing experience required
* Ambulatory/outpatient experience preferred
* Prior travel experience within the last 12 months required
* Prior teaching hospital experience preferred
* Previous charge experience preferred
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* BSN required
* Required certifications: CA RN License, AHA BLS, ACLS, PALS
* Treats adolescent and adult patient populations
* Daily census of 12 patients
* Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
* Skills include airway assessment, conscious sedation, discharge instructions, monitored anesthesia care (MAC), nerve blocks, ortho/spine, ortho/total joints, spinal, and total joint replacement
