Opportunity:

Maternal Fetal Medicine Sonographer

Job Details:

* 5x8 day shift schedule with no weekends, no nights, and no major holidays
* No on-call requirements
* Perform between 7-9 detailed ultrasounds daily and report findings to MFM physicians
* Work with high-risk patients experiencing maternal or fetal conditions requiring detailed ultrasound imaging
* Assist with amniocentesis, amnio reduction, CVS, and PUBS procedures
* Fetal echo experience required
* OB-GYN experience required
* Outpatient experience required
* Minimum 2 years of experience required
* Epic charting system experience required
* Required certifications: BLS, ARDMS OB/GYN, NT (Nuchal Translucency)
* Compact license must be in hand at time of submission
* Skills required include: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd trimester imaging, fetal anatomical survey, fetal echo, nuchal translucency screening, high-risk OB, transvaginal imaging, umbilical cord doppler, and amniocentesis
* Scrubs: Any color, no print
* May be expected to float between sister facilities nearby contracted facility

This healthcare organization operates multiple facilities including two hospital locations with a combined total of eight dedicated ultrasound rooms. The maternal fetal medicine department works alongside a team of three MFM physicians, focusing on high-risk pregnancies and complex fetal conditions.
