Open Position: RN - Infusion

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $2881.40

Opportunity:

RN - Outpatient Infusion/Oncology

Job Details:

* 8-hour day shifts
* Resource pool position with requirement to float to various UCSF infusion centers
* Will see both oncology and non-oncology patients
* 1 weekend day per month required; not always required
* Minimum 2 years of outpatient infusion experience required
* Outpatient oncology experience required
* Teaching hospital experience required
* California RN license required
* BSN required
* Required certifications: AHA BLS, Chemo (ONS/ONCC), ONS/ONCC
* Preferred certification: OCN
* Epic charting system experience preferred
* Required skills: Accessing and managing ports, administration of blood and blood products, administration of chemotherapy, body fluid handling post-chemotherapy, infusion center operations, management and disposal of cytotoxic spills, monitoring chemotherapy, outpatient oncology care, recognizing and communicating abnormal lab values
* Interdisciplinary support available including IV teams, interpretation services, rapid response teams, and pharmacy
* Patients served include adults and geriatrics
* 2 references from most recent employer required
