OT - Inpatient Rehab

Job Details:

* Two shift schedule options available:
- 5x8s, Days, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM, Friday through Tuesday
- 4x10s, Days, 8:00 AM - 6:30 PM, Friday through Monday
* Weekend option position - every weekend is required
* Patient population includes adults and geriatrics
* Daily census of 39 patients across 39 beds
* Primarily neurological caseload with high prevalence of stroke diagnoses
* Additional common diagnoses include brain injury, spinal cord injury, amputation, cancer, and debility
* Minimum 1 year of experience required - no new graduates
* Inpatient rehab facility experience strongly preferred; strong acute care background considered
* First-time travelers accepted if candidate has inpatient rehab background
* NBCOT certification required
* BLS certification required
* EPIC EMR experience required
* Travelers may be floated to any campus within the health system as needed
* Interdisciplinary support includes physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, and unit secretary
* Active license must be in hand at time of submission
* No local candidates within a 50-mile radius

This facility is a large, well-established health system housing an inpatient rehabilitation department within its main hospital campus. The rehabilitation unit maintains a 39-bed capacity and focuses on neurological and complex medical diagnoses, offering a comprehensive interdisciplinary care model. The organization supports its clinical staff with robust ancillary services and operates across multiple campuses throughout the region.
