Open Position: Pharmacist - Pharmacist Inpatient

Estimated Gross Weekly Pay: $3498.20

Opportunity:

Inpatient Pharmacist - Day Shift

Job Details:

* Day shift hours vary between 6:00 AM 2:30 PM or 9:30 AM 6:00 PM
* Schedule is 5 days per week
* Every fourth weekend required
* Must be willing to float to multiple facility locations as needed (Ontario, Bucyrus, and Galion campuses)
* If placed on call, must be able to arrive at the hospital within 1 hour when called in
* Previous hospital or inpatient pharmacy experience required with a minimum of 2 years recent and continuous experience
* Active Ohio Pharmacist license required; pending licenses not accepted
* Epic experience preferred
* Required certifications: BLS, Board Certified, PharmD
* Strong clinical and communication skills required
* Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a hospital setting
* Serve patients across age groups including adolescents, adults, and geriatrics
* Up to 8 hours of non-billable modules required to be completed prior to start date
* Two recent supervisory references required
* Candidates with prior terminations, contract cancellations, or red flags in employment history will not be considered
